Substantial Multi story terrace with an enclosed balcony which had seen the end of its serviceable life.
The terrace consisted of a rotten main bearer which if left unattended to, would have eventually fallen and caused significant damage.
The owner wanted to dispense with the enclosed balcony and reinstate the balustrade as per the neighboring terraces.
The client wanted a rustic. As a result, we stripped back the paint on the brickwork leaving traces of the original paint to archive the desired look.
Since completion the project has received numerous awards including being in a number of magazines.
