As part of a major home renovation, Heritage Restorations and Renovations were asked to removal a rotten old deck and build a new deck that maximised the space available in a small inner city backyard.
We totally removed the original deck framing and built a new deck that was functional without being too big.
Once the original deck framing was removed, we widened the top section to include space for a BBQ.
The new deck was built using long lasting materials and can now accommodate an eight seater outdoor setting with ease.
Our client was absolutely thrilled with the new deck built in their small back yard.
