This project consisted of a Victorian terrace in severely damaged state.
It had a leaking gutter which caused structural damage to the surrounding timber frames and windows.
We removed the windows and balcony enclosure, including the rotted structural timbers.
We supplied the client with sand cast aluminum balustrade and frieze to emulate the original victorian heritage style.
The facade was repainted in contemporary colors and reinstated the tesselated tiles on the ground floor and restored the front fence.
The end result was fabulous and gave the house a new lease of life for the owner to enjoy for many years to come.
